Rohan Dilip Bhosle is a Principal Software Engineering Manager at Microsoft with 19+ years of leadership experience building and operating hyperscale cloud and AI infrastructure. He leads globally distributed teams delivering mission-critical, secure multi-tenant platforms across Azure control-plane services, software-defined networking, and high-performance AI/HPC systems. His work spans cloud security architecture, governance and risk controls, reliability engineering, and automation-driven operating models that improve platform resilience and speed of delivery for enterprise-scale workloads, including Azure AI supercomputing and Azure VMware Solution. He holds an MBA in Information Technology, a Master’s in Computer Science (Cybersecurity) and maintains CISM, CEH, and CHFI certifications, with active membership in Computer Society Of India(CSI), OWASP, ISACA and EC-Council.
